Training on LC Resonant-Based Iron-Cross Evaluation Using LabVIEW

Training on LC Resonant-Based Iron-Cross Evaluation Using LabVIEW Held at AIT, UMPSA

24-25 July 2024 | Centre for Advanced Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Department (AIT), UMPSA

The Centre for Advanced Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Department (AIT) at UMPSA successfully conducted a specialized two-day training program on LC Resonant-Based Iron-Cross Evaluation Using LabVIEW on the 24th and 25th of July 2024. The training aimed to provide participants with the technical skills and insights necessary to effectively use LabVIEW software for evaluating the performance of LC resonant circuits in an industrial setting.

A total of eight participants from Vacuumschmelze (M) Sdn. Bhd. attended the session, which was designed to enhance their understanding of LC circuits and resonant systems, as well as how to apply LabVIEW's versatile features for data acquisition, analysis, and system monitoring.

Over the course of the training, attendees explored the key concepts behind resonant circuits, the importance of iron-core materials, and how these systems are evaluated using LabVIEW. Practical demonstrations allowed participants to develop hands-on experience in setting up and analyzing circuits, performing real-time evaluations, and interpreting data to optimize performance in various industrial applications.

The session was delivered by AIT's team of experts who provided detailed insights into both the theoretical and practical aspects of the evaluation process, ensuring that participants left with a deeper understanding of the technology and its potential uses in the industry.

Dr. [Insert Name], Head of the Centre for Advanced Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Department at UMPSA, expressed, "We are pleased to offer this training as part of our commitment to fostering innovation and advancing industrial technologies. It was a valuable opportunity for both the participants and our team to engage in meaningful technical discussions and apply cutting-edge solutions to real-world challenges."

Vacuumschmelze (M) Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturer in the field of magnetics and materials technology, emphasized the importance of such training programs for enhancing employee expertise and keeping pace with the evolving demands of the industry.

The AIT team looks forward to hosting future training sessions that aim to further bridge the gap between academia and industry, contributing to technological advancements and the continued success of both academic research and industrial development.
